A. ENSURE YOUR SEAT! Keep in mind that without a mandatory minimum 30 fully paid passengers, a tour may be subject to either being shared with an outside group, rebooked, or cancelled.
Most of our clients pay the full amount of the tour, or at least half of the total amount. This ensures their reservation. For those who would appreciate a bit more flexibility, a *$75/per person minimum is required, regardless of occupancy status. The remainder of the balance must be paid with a maximum of up to two additional equal installments by the tour deadline which is 10 weeks prior to date of departure.
With the minimum 75.00 deposit/person --*see LIFE HAPPENS note below--, your balance is reflected as follows in the following example: Once the optional initial $75 is paid, any remaining balance can be completed in the following manner:
1. Pay balance in full no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.
2. Pay outstanding balance with more than two separate payments no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.
B. TWO PAYMENT METHODS: For security reasons, Diamond Tours nor Better Than Donuts Tours accepts electronic payments.
OPTION 1. Certified check from your financial institution.
OPTION 2. Money order/postal money order, paid to the order of "BETTER THAN DONUTS TOURS"

IMPORTANT! On the face of your payment, enter the name and date of the tour.

C. IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep a copy of your transaction for your records. Notify us by phone (not text or email) when your tour payment is enroute. We will let you know when it arrives.
Mail is checked 3x/week. Within one week of the deadline, strongly consider using FedEx or priority mailing closer to the payment deadline. VERIFICATION: Receipts are sent by email, not by text, for security reasons. It's always a good idea for travelers to retain a record/copy of all payments.

*LIFE HAPPENS. If circumstances prevent the original travelers from joining the tour before the tour deadline, the $75/per person deposit, may be transferred to any individual of your choosing or can be credited to another Better Than Donuts itinerary as an active credit, good for up to SIX months.
After six months, the 75.00 initial deposit is non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the person who takes your place to arrange any transfers/repayment with the original traveler(s)
Separate travel protection, although not mandatory, is always recommended.
Without travel protections, your investment is at risk within 30 days of trip departure date.
