Most of our clients pay the full amount of the tour, or at least half of the total amount. This ensures their reservation.
For those who would appreciate a bit more flexibility, at least * $75/person initial deposit is required, regardless of occupancy status.
The remainder of the balance must be paid with a maximum of up to two additional equal installments by the tour deadline which is 10 weeks prior to date of departure.
Note: Keep sharing tour info with others! Without a mandatory minimum 30 fully paid passengers, a tour may be subject to either being shared with an outside group, re-booked, or canceled.
Motorcoaches are no more than 3 years old, wifi & video equipped, with restroom for emergency purposes.
Total seating is for 56 seats total however we prefer a range of 48 to 52 passengers per tour. Comfort stops are set for every 2 hours.
With the minimum 75.00 deposit/person, the remaining balance always due 10 weeks prior to tour departure date.

IMPORTANT! ALWAYS CALL OUR BUSINESS LINE AT 765-288-4084 WHEN PREPARING TO PAY. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. ET. Even if we are away from our desk, consider always utilizing our business voice mail system.
Receipts are sent by email, not by text, for security reasons. It's always a good idea for travelers to retain a record/copy of all payments. Separate travel protection, although not mandatory, is always recommended. *LIFE HAPPENS. If circumstances prevent the original travelers from joining the tour before the tour deadline, the $75/per person deposit, can be transferred to any individual of your choosing or can be credited to another Better Than Donuts itinerary as an active credit, good for up to six months towards another trip with us. It is the responsibility of the person who takes your place to arrange any transfers/repayment with the original traveler(s).
