Diamond Tours sets aside only 26 rooms for each Tour Group ID number.Once those spots are filled and paid-in-full, all other requests are officially on WAIT-LIST.
If any wait-listing shows availability, full payment is required immediately. It is the sole responsibility of all interested parties on this waitlist to contact our office by phone-only to see if an opening is available.
IMPORTANT NOTE:In the case of last-minute and/or wait-list reservations: Full payment is due immediately.
“BARE MINIMUM” INITIAL DEPOSIT OPTION. We realize a few individuals may have a challenge with paying full price at the time of their desired reservation. Therefore, within 3 months of a tour payment deadline, we do allow a minimum non-refundablecourtesy deposit of *$75/person.* This makes your reservation PENDINGuntil the full balance is paid off either on or prior to the tour payment deadline.
All outstanding balances are due no later than 10 weeks prior to any tour departure date. 3. UNABLE TO JOIN AFTER THE $75.00 DEPOSIT IS MADE? Example: Let’s say that a tour is $975.00/person, and the tour is not wait-listed. Thenyour $75 initial deposit (good for up to 12 months) is automatically applied towards a different tour of your choice, offered only through Better Than Donuts Tours.
Additional Option:Your tour is also easily transferable with direct contact via ZOOM or a 3-way call between you, the person(s) taking your place, and Better Than Donuts Tours. This is so that there will befull transparency of the transfer process. 4. FIRM BALANCE DUE DATES: As long as it is before the tour payment deadline, any balance with the minimum deposit (noted above) is set for up to two (2)additional payments only. 5. OPTION TRAVEL PROTECTION:Always recommended.Diamond Tours uses Travel Confident through Travel Insured International Welcome to Travel Confident® Rates are universally based on the tour price, not by age. Payment is strictly by debit or credit card. IMPORTANT!!!! ALWAYS have the tour number on hand when reserving travel insurance. Ask us if you have questions. Again, ALL TOURS must be paid in full no later than 10 weeks prior to the tour’s departure date. Full payment always secures all reservations.
