“HOW DO I RESERVE A TOUR EXPERIENCE-
Serious Inquiries Receive V.I.P. Attention.Arrangements are step-by-step & easy to follow. Just call if you have any questions. DO NOT SENT ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL CALLING FIRST TO CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY!!!!
1. To lock in your reservation: A minimum *$75/person first down payment is needed to reserve any tour for both single, double, or triple occupancy arrangements. (*See note below)
2. Accepted payments are cashiers’ check or money order only. For security and tracking purposes, we are not able to reserve with credit/debit cards, cash nor personal checks. Some opt to pay the full amount to reserve. However, for flexibility reasons, the full balance is due 10 weeks (2 ½ months) before the tour departure date.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep a copy of your transaction for your records.
3. Next: Notify our office by phone or when the tour payment is enroute. We will let you know when it arrives. Mail is checked 3x/week. Some use FedEx or priority mailing closer to the deadline date.
4. Pay to the order of: Better Than Donuts Tours. Call before mailing your payment(s). Mailing address: 4319 W. Clara Ln, PMB #129, Muncie, IN 47304-5470.
Once mailed, let us know right away by phone or email. Receipts are sent by email. (It's faster than USPS).
3. Primary traveler will be contacted by phone & by email when payment is received. On the face/memo area of your payment document, enter the 7-digit Tour ID Number.
Tour ID is in the lower right corner of the physical flyer, (if they received one.) If flyer is viewed online, the tour number is found in the url website of the link at https://grouptrips.com/betterthandonutstours (then the tour link ID will be shown in the specific tour website link:
Example: grouptrips.com/betterthandonutstours/ "1234567"

P.S. Do you know of a faith-based club, or community advocacy group who may interested in making our tours a fundraiser? Keep in mind that without a minimum of at least 35 passengers, tour dates may be subject to change if not joined with a different group. Fundraisers possible.

*$75.00 minimum initial deposit is part of the reservation fee. Should traveler(s) cancel for any reason prior to full balance being paid, the minimum will go into escrow towards future trips. (Example: If a future trip is $675.00, then $75 will automatically be applied to the future reservation. Fully paid-for trips are also fully transferable to a different traveler of the passenger's choice. This must be done by a 3 way call to assure mutual compliance of the trip transfer.
